Choose fair and sustainable trade

Buy fair and sustainable products to contribute to a fairer global trade system and participate in one of the 150 fair trade activities during the annual ‘Fair Trade Week’ in the beginning of October. (www.weekvandefairtrade.be). Read more about fair and sustainable trade on the website of our Trade for Development Centre

Become a development professional

If you are under 31, you can obtain a (first) work experience of one or two years in international development through our Junior Programme. The programme places young professionals in BTC projects or in an ngo in our partner countries, providing them with a stepping stone in their career in development.

Get informed

Subscribe to the ‘Infocycle’, an eight-days-training programme delivered by experts on global challenges and international solidarity. It is an important asset if you want to work in international development and it is compulsory for participants of the Junior Programme. The training welcomes everyone over 18; however the sessions are only available in Dutch and French.

Everyone a global citizen

Schools and (future) teachers can count on Annoncer la Couleur/Kleur Bekennen for educational material on global citizenship for students between 3 to 18 years old, to ensure that future generations become responsible citizens.
