The Rwandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation is seeking services of an individual consultant to conduct a comprehensive Institutional Audit of the Ministry. The consultancy will be financed through the Capacity Building Fund and the Support to Capacity Development Project, a project financed by Government of Belgium and coordinated by the Public Sector Capacity Building Secretariat (PSCBS).

Naar een inclusieve plattelandsontwikkeling: landbouwketens, lokale economische ontwikkeling en dynamiek van actoren | Bijdrage van de Belgische ontwikkelingsprojecten aan een regionale en sectorale visie van plattelandsontwikkeling in de Andes.
In 2009 organiseerde BTC een regionaal seminarie in Lima. Naar aanleiding daarvan herneemt deze publicatie twee benaderingen die steeds vaker worden gebruikt in de landbouw en in de plattelandsontwikkeling, nl. de landbouwketens en de lokale economische ontwikkeling. Deze benaderingen kwamen in eerste instantie onder de aandacht met de veranderde context van de landbouwsector op Belgisch en internationaal niveau en werden vervolgens geanalyseerd in het licht van specifieke ervaringen uit de regionale portefeuille van projecten die werden uitgevoerd door de bilaterale samenwerking.

Rwanda | Capacity Development Workshop in Education Sector
The Rwandan Public Sector Capacity Building Secretariat (PSCBS), together with the Belgian Development Agency facilitated a two-day workshop on the 1-2 December 2011 to present and discuss approaches, tools and templates to conduct capacity needs assessments and develop capacity building plans for Public Institutions in Rwanda. This activity was carried out in the framework of the Belgian-Rwandan project to support the capacity development of Public Institutions in Rwanda.
