In the Democratic Republic of Congo only one in five people have access to drinking water. In the capital Kinshasa, the national distribution system only covers the city centre. On the outskirts of the city local communities, helped by international donors, have taken water management into their own hands - and it works. BBC correspondent Thomas Hubert reports.
