The HR department works towards strengthening the involvement and the competence of staff members. This means that attention is not only paid to their daily challenges and needs but also to the development of their know-how, aptitude and skills.

Especially facilitating internal and international mobility is a way to increase the level of satisfaction of employees and has a positive effect on staff retention – employee loyalty. HR wants to support and stimulate the transformation and the change that will enable staff members of BTC to find a place in new organisational forms and to respond to the new profiles that will be looked for in future.
